Hotel and motel traders are expecting more business in the winter season. Tourist police will be engaged in every tourist center for the safety of tourists. The district administration has renovated the Alutila tourist center in Khagrachhari, a mysterious tunnel center, to entertain tourists. The distance from Dhaka to Khagrachhari is 316 km and from Chittagong it is 109 km. There are direct bus services from Dhaka's Kamalapur, Sayedabad, Fakirapul, Kalabagan to Khagrachhari. In this you have to calculate the rent of 520-550 rupees per person. And AC bus fare will be 750-1000 rupees. If you want to come from Chittagong, you have to get in the car towards Khagrachhari. To come to Khagrachhari from Chittagong, one has to pay 180-220 rupees per person.
